Rose Medical Group & Rose Integrated Health Network Bringing Value To Denver Area Physicians

Rose Medical Group (“RMG”) was formed in 1998 as a not-for-profit, membership based, multi-specialty Physician Hospital Organization and IPA affiliated with the HealthONE Rose Medical Center in Denver, Colorado.

The Denver Market and the National Healthcare Market changed and in 2015, Rose Medical Group (RMG) formed a new entity by joining with the PHO’s and IPAs at North Suburban Hospital, the Medical Center of Aurora, Presbyterian St. Luke’s Hospital, Swedish Hospital and SkyRidge Hospital.  This new organization is called the Rose Integrated Health Network (RIHN).   This new entity is designed to assist physicians with the necessary infrastructure to be successful in the ACO and value based contracting networks.

The combined network includes over 700 primary care and specialty physicians.

Mission:

RMG will continue to provide value to practices by providing fee for service contracting services in the messenger model and by participating in group purchasing programs.

RIHN will improve the health of the greater Denver area by providing health care practices with value based contracts.  These contracts allow those practices who consistently demonstrate additional quality in health outcomes to receive additional payments from insurers.  RIHN will bring data analytics and best practices to all of its members.
